Rental Criteria

Thank you for considering our apartment community as your next place to call home! Central Gardens II is a general occupancy/family community with 106 apartments including 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom homes.At Enterprise Residential, our mission is to make home and community places of pride, power, and belonging. As part of our commitment to fairness and transparency, we have outlined our rental criteria to guide you through the application process. 
 
HOW TO APPLY 
Applying is as easy as1-2-3. 
 
1.SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION: Applications are available through Prince George's County Housing Authority. Please CLICK HERE TO BE REDIRECTED to begin the process. If you have any questions about the application process, please contact our leasing office at 301-336-5270 or centralgardens2@enterpriseresidential.org. One of our leasing professionals would be happy to assist you. 
 
2.PROVIDE ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: To complete your application, a series of checks for all individuals in your household who are 18 years of age or older may be conducted. These checks may include a credit check, landlord reference check, criminal background check, sex offender check, income verification, asset verification, and other resident selection criteria. Please Note: Incomplete or missing information could delay your application. 
 
3.LEASE AGREEMENT: If your application is approved, the Prince George's County Housing Authority will reach out to you about next steps including signing your lease agreement. If your application is denied for any reason, you will be notified in writing of the specific reason why your application was denied and next steps, if any, for consideration.
